Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate located in Gurugram. The Associate will be responsible for carrying out daily operations, coordinating with different teams, handling customer queries, and ensuring the smooth running of business activities. Their tasks will also include maintaining records, data entry, assisting in administrative tasks, and supporting other team members as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical tasks
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
