  • Semiconductor Industry Supplies: Providing raw materials, components, and consumables to support the electronics and semiconductor ecosystem.

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive HR Intern who is passionate about learning, connecting with people, and growing professionally in an exciting and evolving environment.
DURATION:
6 Months (Internship)

LOCATION:
Remote (Work from Home)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Institute Connects: Reach out to training institutes, colleges, and academies to onboard students into our Talent Pool.
  • Business Outreach: Build professional presence with companies by sharing our prospectus and services.
  • Vendor Engagement: Support in drafting, sharing, and maintaining vendor agreements with partners.
  • Talent Engagement: Assist in candidate registration, database management, and initial coordination.
  • Industry Awareness: Learn and understand the basics of the semiconductor industry to effectively communicate with institutes and partner companies.
  • Coordination & Reporting: Maintain outreach logs, follow-ups, and report progress regularly to the team.

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALITIES:

  • Interest in HR, recruitment, and talent management.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
  • Willingness to understand technical terms related to the semiconductor industry.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

ELIGIBILITY:

  • Students pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR, Business Development, or related fields, or recent graduates looking for practical HR exposure.
