Social Media Management:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Create, edit, and publish daily content (text, images, videos) across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and manage all social media pages, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.

Content Creation:

  • Generate engaging and creative content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
  • Edit images and videos to meet brand standards.
  • Write compelling copy for posts, ads, and other digital materials.

Digital Marketing and Advertising:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads.
  • Optimize campaigns for better reach and conversion.
  • Track and report on performance metrics like engagement, lead generation, and website traffic.
  • Stay informed about current digital marketing trends and technologies.

Website and Online Presence:

  • Manage and update company website content.
  • Ensure smooth functionality of online platforms.
  • Collaborate with web developers to make improvements.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and management tools.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong content creation skills, including writing and basic graphic design.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and report on campaign performance.
