Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive (SAAS Sales) based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, converting prospects into clients, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs, offering excellent customer service, and collaborating with the team to improve sales strategies and processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 Months to 2 years of Experience in Inside sales and outbound calling.
  • Should be proficient in English and Hindi mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with potential clients effectively
  • Background in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in working with technology and SAAS products is a plus
  • Results-driven approach with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work from Bengaluru and collaborate in an on-site setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
