Senior / GM - Ecommerce/Revenue Manager

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in e-commerce companies such as
Myntra, AJIO, BlinkIt, Zepto, Flipkart, or Meesho, and at least 4 years of relevant experience.

The key responsibilities for this role will include:

Background with Revenue management
or
Program Management
for Ecommerce/ Quickcomm /Retail companies

  • Understanding of the
    Customer Lifecycle management
    : Ability to map, analyze, and optimize the entire repeat user journey (from second purchase/visit onward) across all touchpoints.

Data-Driven Decision Making
: Proficient in interpreting key revenue metrics and CLM metrics like Churn Rate, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Repeat Purchase Rate, Frequency, and Recency.

- Omnichannel Strategy:
Ability to set up, test & Optimizate initiatives for both offline and online channels

  • Loyalty Program Management: Experience in designing, managing, and measuring the ROI of loyalty/rewards programs and subscription models.

  • Personalization and Segmentation: Strong command over advanced customer segmentation (e.g., behavioral, value-based) to deliver highly personalized and relevant offers/communications.
