Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage the overall warehouse operations.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, and timely stock audits.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring on-time deliveries.
  • Implement and monitor warehouse safety standards, hygiene, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure proper usage.
  • Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop strategies for continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹26, ₹35,000.00 per month
