Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a State Collection Manager located in Indore. The State Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection process within their assigned state. Daily tasks include managing collection agents, ensuring timely collections, developing and implementing collection strategies, resolving customer issues, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. The role involves frequent travel within the state to monitor and support branch operations and ensure the achievement of collection targets.

  • Strong experience in collection management and strategy implementation
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in resolving customer issues and negotiating with stakeholders
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently within the state
  • Knowledge of state regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the financial services or banking industry is a plus
