Description
  1. To lead and manage large-scale Technology  Infrastructure programs and projects across the Bank, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, risk mitigation and alignment with the Bank's IT strategy. 
  2. The role demands strategic oversight, program governance, and cross-functional coordination to enable secure, scalable and high-performing technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities:

  1. Lead infrastructure programs including data center upgrades, cloud, network, cybersecurity, and compliance. 
  2. Define scope, timelines, budgets, and KPIs aligned to business goals. 
  3. Present dashboards to CIO/EXCO. Ensure audit/regulatory compliance. 
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors. 
  5. Manage RFPs, budgets, and procurement. 
  6. Drive change management and training. 
  7. Promote ITIL, PMI, Agile/Hybrid best practices.

Functional Responsibilities:

  1. Define and align infrastructure strategy with business goals.
  2. Develop long-term roadmaps for infrastructure modernization and scalability.
  3. Establish governance frameworks for project execution and compliance.
  4. Oversee end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects (e.g., data centers, cloud migration, network upgrades).
  5. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  6. Work closely with Architecture Head on the the design and implementation of robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure solutions.
  7. Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation in infrastructure services.
  8. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  9. Manage budgets, cost optimization, and resource allocation.
  10. Negotiate and manage contracts with technology vendors and service providers.
  11. Report project status, risks, and achievements to executive leadership.
  12. Collaborate with business units to understand infrastructure needs and deliver solutions.
Qualifications

Education: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL / Agile certifications preferred.

Good understanding of Data Center, Network, Cloud, End-User Computing, and Cybersecurity Infrastructure.

Max Exp: 25 years
