As an experienced HR Generalist, your role will involve handling various responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department and overall office operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling end-to-end recruitment, managing employee grievances, conducting exit formalities, and processing employee reimbursements. - Managing office coordination, assigning tasks to the team, and ensuring workflow efficiency. - Supervising attendance tracking, processing salaries, and maintaining employee documentation. - Organizing travel bookings, creating itineraries, and assisting in calendar management for the Director. - Coordinating with vendors, building PR relationships, and providing procurement assistance as required. - Managing housekeeping, supervising staff, and overseeing IT-related tasks such as domain renewals, software subscriptions, and employee training. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role. - Prior experience in vendor coordination and team management is essential. - Experience in the dry fruits or FMCG industry would be advantageous. - Proficiency in relevant office tools and HR systems is required. - Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are highly desirable. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, a yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule. The preferred education qualification is a Master's degree, and experience in human resources management for at least 5 years and vendor management for 4 years is preferred. The work location for this role is in person.
