Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor diaper production machines to achieve maximum efficiency and minimum wastage.
  • Maintain machine settings and conditions to ensure smooth operations and product quality as per standards.
  • Perform line clearance and machine checks during shift changes.
  • Ensure proper functioning of assets and equipment at target speeds.
  • Continuously monitor processes and implement corrective actions based on feedback from Quality Control.
  • Achieve production targets for the shift while maintaining quality parameters and waste reduction goals.
  • Optimize utilization of raw materials and resources.
  • Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance; work on CAPA to reduce defects.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company GMP practices.
  • Implement safety practices to achieve zero accidents/incidents.
  • Maintain 5S workplace organization and housekeeping standards.

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems, In-process Quality Inspection, and Good Documentation Practices.
  • Familiarity with 5S Workplace Management and Diaper Technology.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written), solve problems, and supervise machine activities.
  • Capability to train and coach team members.

Education & Experience

  • BE/Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing.
  • Strong technical aptitude and machine operation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
