Job Title: RM Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Raw Material (RM) Operator to join our production team for hygiene products. The RM Operator will be responsible for operating and supporting production lines according to fixed specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). As a key member of the shift team, you will ensure optimal machine performance and contribute to achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines and support production lines in compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and load raw materials on machines as per specifications.
• Focus on splicing operations and minimize raw material losses.
• Maintain effective communication with previous and next shifts and other team members.
• Achieve production targets as part of the team.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a clean work environment.
• Complete all required documentation and maintain data related to RM splicing.
• Train trainee loaders on basic operations and maintenance of unwinder and splicer units.

Education & Experience:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 0–3 years of experience in a similar role
