Job Role Regional Manager Role Description
- To analyze and share different operational ratios for bringing operational competitiveness among regions
- Track performance of portfolio and share the trend of improvement and deterioration with reporting officer
- Prepare training calendar for the region.
- Identify different training needs of field staff for the region and specific to regions
- Ensure quality of training across region is as per standards
- Identify a pool of potential external trainers for the regions in line with the requirements of the training department
- Modify training content to suit the requirements of the region
- Visits branches, and share feedback with field force about good practices and issues/problems being observed during the visit
- Collate all observations & actions taken at the region
- Ensure actions taken are as per compliance with Disciplinary Action Policy
- Preparation of monthly Audit Action and Closure Summary for the zone and share the same
Experience 8 to 12 Years
Technical Competency
1 Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
2 Proven experience working as a territory sales manager
3 Well versed with the local language of the given territory
