Reporting To: Area Manager / Retail Head

Role Overview:

The Store Manager is responsible for achieving sales goals, ensuring operational excellence, and leading the store team to deliver a premium customer experience at our flagship EBO store at Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Operations:

Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.

Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store upkeep to brand standards.

Analyze sales trends and implement growth strategies.

Leadership & Team Development:

Lead, motivate, and inspire the store team.

Foster team spirit, collaboration, and accountability.

Conduct regular training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.

Customer Experience:

Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service.

Resolve escalated customer concerns with a problem-solving mindset.

Ownership & Proactivity:

Take complete ownership of store performance.

Identify operational gaps and act proactively to resolve them.

Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of retail management experience in fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle brands.
