We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
E-commerce Executive
to join our growing team at Office Superstore. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in managing Amazon/Flipkart operations and the ability to work on WooCommerce + Elementor for our own website.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and our WooCommerce website (upload SKUs, optimize titles, descriptions, images, keywords).
  • Work with Elementor to update product pages, banners, and basic site content.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock sync across platforms.
  • Handle daily operations: order tracking, returns, and customer queries.
  • Run and optimize basic ad campaigns (Amazon PPC, Google/Meta Ads).
  • Generate weekly performance reports (sales, ads, listings health).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, retail, marketing) for smooth workflows.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or marketplace management.
  • Familiarity with
    Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and WooCommerce
    .
  • Working knowledge of
    Elementor (WordPress page builder)
    is a plus.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Dehradun.
