JOB DESCRIPTIONRoles and Responsibilities:· Strategy & Consulting:o   Youwill be the in -house expert responsible for monitoring inbox placement,resolving domain/IP reputation issues, and ensuring.o   Emailsland in inboxes especially in critical markets like the Middle East, Japan, andSoutheast Asia.o   Thisrole sits at the intersection of customer success, product, and Martech teams,and is critical to protecting ROI for our clients.o   Partnerwith enterprise clients to design comprehensive email deliverability strategiesthat drive business outcomes. Stay at theo   forefrontof industry changes, including ISP policies, authentication standards, andcompliance regulations.· Deliverability Issue Resolution:o   Serveas the ultimate escalation point and subject matter expert for complexdeliverability challenges.o   Developinnovative email deliverability methodologies and best practices tailored toclient needs.o   Deepexpertise in email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Comprehensiveunderstanding of deliverability monitoringo   toolsand analytics platforms.o   Proficiencyin interpreting deliverability data and transforming insights into actionablestrategies Knowledge of email compliance.o   regulationsacross different markets (CAN -SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.)· Business Growth & Client Successo   Collaboratewith Customer Success teams to identify upsell campaign opportunities andexpand service offerings.o   Drivecampaign revenue growth through high -quality deliverability consultingservices.o   Ensureclient satisfaction through consistent delivery of measurable improvements indeliverability metrics.· Cross -Functional Collaborationo   Workclosely with Product Management to influence the product roadmap fordeliverability features.o   Partnerwith CS teams to develop thought leadership content showcasing Gateway's expertise.o   Collaboratewith Technical Support and Engineering to resolve complex client issues. Required Skills:· 7–10years of experience in Email Deliverability or related fields (ESP/SMTPoperations, MarTech, CpaaS, and Campaign Management).· Deepexpertise with inboxing across Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.· Deepexpertise with social chanels like TikTok, Line, Whatsapp, etc.· Experiencewith ESPs like Twilio, SendGrid, Braze, Sailthru, and other SMS ESPs or similarat scale.· Stronggrasp of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI), segmentation, warm -upplans, and sender reputation.· Hands -onexperience with monitoring tools like Postmaster Tools, SNDS, Validity,ZeroBounce.· Excellenttroubleshooting and communication skills, especially in client -facing orhigh -pressure situations.· Bonus:Experience managing deliverability in complex geographies like Japan, UAE, orSEA.
