Key Responsibilities:

  1. Referral Program Development: Design and implement referral marketing programs to incentivize customers to refer friends and family.

  2. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute referral marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.

  3. Partner Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and maximize referral program impact.

  4. Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze referral program performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing program ROI.

  5. Content Creation: Develop compelling content and messaging to promote referral programs and encourage customer participation.

Requirements:

  1. Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing, preferably in referral marketing or customer acquisition.

  2. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and messaging.

  3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics.

  4. Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative referral marketing strategies.

Skills:

  1. Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation tools, such as referral marketing software.

  2. Social Media: Knowledge of social media platforms and how to leverage them for referral marketing.

  3. Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
