Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a passionate designer to develop their skills while contributing to exciting design projects across digital and print media. The successful candidate will work closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to create visually compelling designs that align with our brand vision and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Tasks

• Create graphics and layouts based on briefs and brand templates
• Assist in producing marketing materials, digital advertisements, and social media content
• Design logos, banners, interfaces, and other visual elements using industry-standard software
• Edit images, adjust typography, and format documents for various media
• Prepare artwork for print, packaging, and digital use

Collaboration & Communication

• Work alongside senior designers and creative teams on projects from conception to completion
• Participate in creative meetings and contribute innovative ideas
• Present design concepts to team members and incorporate feedback effectively
• Collaborate with marketing, content teams, and other stakeholders

Production & Quality

• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity
• Update creative files and manage design libraries
• Support internal teams with design requests and edits
• Review designs for errors before final delivery

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 0-3 years of experience in graphic design (internships and freelance work accepted)
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
   Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Knowledge of design software like Figma, Sketch, or Canva
• Basic understanding of typography, layout principles, and color theory
• Familiarity with design techniques including prototyping
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
