Position Overview:
We seek a talented and passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, an innovative approach to visual communication, and the ability to create stunning graphics that effectively convey our brand message. This role requires proficiency in graphic design software, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design
    : Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, websites, brochures, and advertisements. Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts in line with the overall brand identity and marketing strategy. Ensure all designs meet technical specifications and are optimised for various platforms.
  • Content Creation
    : Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for campaigns and projects. Design promotional materials, including banners, posters, infographics, and newsletters. Maintain a consistent visual style and tone across all graphic content.
  • Project Management
    : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring the timely delivery of all tasks. Work closely with other team members to gather feedback and make revisions. Organise and maintain an efficient workflow for design projects, including file management and archiving.
  • Video Editing:
    We're looking for a creative individual with basic video editing skills to support our content and marketing team.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar. Knowledge of web design tools and software (e.g., Sketch, Figma) is a plus. Familiarity with typography, colour theory, and layout design.

Collaboration and Communication:
Communicate effectively with the marketing team, clients, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance visual content. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design or a related role.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative work. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with motion graphics and animation. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices. Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.

SALARY PACKAGE:
Up to 3.5 LPA (may be increased based on the exceptional quality of work the graphic designer delivers).
