About the Role We are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This is an ideal role for someone early in their design career who is looking to build a strong portfolio and grow quickly by working on a wide range of real-world design projects.

We're looking for someone who brings both curiosity and initiative to their work — someone who doesn't just wait for direction but actively seeks out design solutions, asks good questions, and takes ownership with minimal handholding. You'll be part of a collaborative team that supports marketing, learning content, events, and digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities Brand & Visual Design Support the development of branded visual assets across digital, print, and event channels.

Design social media graphics, decks, flyers, emailers, and marketing collateral. Help ensure visual consistency across all communication materials. Digital & Web Design Create digital assets for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and paid ads.

Support web and marketing teams with page layouts, banners, and simple UI elements using tools like Figma or Canva. Learn and apply best practices for responsive and accessible design. Presentations & Learning Content Translate complex ideas or learning materials into simple, visually engaging formats such as infographics and slides.

Collaborate with the L&D team to design learning decks, workshop handouts, and training content. Campaign & Event Support Contribute visual assets to marketing campaigns, product promotions, and internal initiatives. Assist in designing event branding — from booth signage to giveaway artwork.

Support content needs for event promos, teaser graphics, or short motion snippets. Cross-functional Collaboration Work with content writers, marketers, L&D specialists, and designers to understand project goals and deliver aligned visuals. Participate in brainstorms and provide input during creative reviews.

Maintain organized file structures and follow version control processes. Quality, Consistency & Growth Adhere to and help evolve brand guidelines and component libraries. Ensure design output is polished, brand-aligned, and effective.

Stay up to date with design trends and tools and bring a learner's mindset to each project. Qualifications and Skills Required 0.6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design (including internships or freelance work). Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.

A portfolio that shows creative thinking, attention to detail, and range across digital and/or print. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with Figma and Canva is a plus. Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and design principles.

Ability to think independently and come up with design solutions with minimal handholding. Good communication and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Bonus: Exposure to motion design or basic video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
