Position Overview We're on the hunt for a rockstar College Ambassador Program Head. This role is perfect for someone who knows the ins and outs of campus culture and is passionate about social media and influencer marketing. You'll create and execute our campus recruitment strategy to help us find the next generation of WYLD Ambassadors.Location

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a kick-butt strategy for recruiting college ambassadors
  • Build relationships with colleges and student orgs
  • Oversee and manage the entire recruitment process
  • Train new ambassadors to be WYLD champions
  • Keep track of key metrics like recruitment numbers and engagement
  • Plan and organize events to spread the WYLD vibe on campus

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years experience in campus recruiting, HR, or a related field
  • Super familiar with social media, especially Instagram
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and smash goals
  • Must be a team player and have a "let's get it done" attitude
