HR cum Admin Executive

We are looking for an HR cum Admin Executive to handle both Human Resources operations and Administrative responsibilities, including recruitment, attendance, payroll support, employee documentation, office coordination, and day-to-day administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- End-to-end hiring for office staff, factory operators, field staff, and executives.
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews, scheduling rounds.
- Coordinating with department heads for manpower planning.
- Managing background verification and reference checks.
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, ID cards, joining forms.
- Create and maintain employee files (physical + digital).
- Handle induction and orientation for new employees.
3. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Manage daily attendance (biometric/manual).
- Track leaves, overtime, late marks, and maintain proper records.
- Assist accounts/management with monthly salary preparation.
- Maintain labour registers if required.
4. HR Operations & Employee Management
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Issue warning letters, notices, and policy documents.
- Maintain a healthy workplace environment.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies.
5. Compliance Support
- Assist with PF/ESI documentation.
- Maintain statutory registers and HR compliance records.
6. Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies, stationery, housekeeping, and maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility teams.
- Handle travel booking, courier, and logistics-related admin tasks.
- Keep the office and factory admin functioning smooth on a daily basis.
7. Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain HR and admin MIS reports, attendance, recruitment, joining, and exits.
- Coordinate with management on HR planning and admin requirements.
- Support HR audits and routine inspections.

Skills & Requirements
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Basic knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, onboarding).
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
- Good organisational and people-handling skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹16,000.00 per month
