Description :

The Data Analytics Expert is responsible for analyzing complex datasets from DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) platforms to derive actionable insights, develop comprehensive reports, and build interactive dashboards. This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting the development of Family/Household Wellness Index frameworks.

Skills/Requirements :

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Strong command of Python for data analysis (e.g., pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, seaborn).
  • Experience working with DBT platforms and understanding of their data structures.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and database querying.
  • Familiarity with Family/Household Wellness Index or similar socio-economic indicators.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in public sector or development-focused projects.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (Speaking, reading & writing).
  • Fluency in Assamese preferable.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret large-scale data from DBT platforms to uncover trends and insights.
  • Design and develop dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Python.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, concise visualizations and presentations.
  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of the Family/Household Wellness Index.
  • Automate data processing and reporting workflows for efficiency and scalability.
