Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and quick-learning IT Administrator (Fresher–6 Months Experience) to support our company's IT operations. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, a willingness to learn, and a strong interest in IT systems, networks, and hardware management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for basic hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Assist in installing and configuring desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
  • Help manage user accounts, email setups, and system access.
  • Support troubleshooting of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches under guidance.
  • Assist in installing and updating operating systems and applications.
  • Monitor basic system performance and report issues to senior team members.
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
  • Support senior IT staff with server tasks, backups, and routine maintenance.
  • Follow basic security practices such as antivirus updates and system checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fresher to 6 months of experience in IT support or relevant training.
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS, computer hardware, and networking fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, email configuration, and common office tools.
  • Good communication skills with strong problem-solving and learning ability.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
