Currently we are looking for HR Coordinator

Roles and responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end hire-to-retire HR lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and exit processes.

  • Conduct and manage employee induction programs, ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, leaves, and benefits.
  • Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, assessments, and offer rollouts in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Ensure timely execution of HR processes including probation reviews, confirmation, transfers, and promotions.
  • Act as a key liaison between employees and management for all HR policy-related queries and employee grievances.
  • Administer and support HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and ensure data integrity across all systems and reports.
  • Assist in the execution of employee engagement programs, surveys, and communication campaigns.
  • Coordinate training and development activities including nominations, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
  • Manage compliance and documentation related to labor laws, audits, background checks, and statutory reporting.
  • Facilitate a seamless exit process including conducting exit interviews, full & final settlement coordination, and feedback reporting.
  • Support internal HR projects and initiatives focused on process improvement and policy enhancement.

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent with strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance.

Required Experience : 4 - 7 Years

Technical skills:

  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox, etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) especially in Excel for HR analytics and reporting
  • Working knowledge of payroll software and statutory filing portals (e.g., EPFO, ESIC, income tax compliance systems)
  • Comfortable with document digitisation, record management systems, and cloud-based storage tools

Soft skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to liaise across departments and build trust with employees
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking ability to manage simultaneous HR operations with attention to detail
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee data
  • A solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment"
