Job Title: Client Support Executive – International Voice Process

Experience: 1 Year

Location: HSR layout, near Silk Board, Bangalore

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Support Executive to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in handling international clients, providing voice-based support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist international clients.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during client interactions.
  • Document all interactions and update client records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of client issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process or Customer Support.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in night shifts (if required).
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in BPO or ITES environment.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,822.79 per month
