Role Overview: As a Data Analyst in our eCommerce and digital operations team, you play a crucial role in driving data-informed decision-making. Your responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to enhance customer experience, support business growth, and improve operational efficiency. By delivering actionable insights through performance reporting, customer behavior analysis, and A/B testing, you significantly contribute to the success of our eCommerce platform. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to increase online traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales. - Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to drive growth. - Oversee daily operations of the eCommerce platform, ensuring functionality, user-friendliness, and brand alignment. - Optimize the user journey from browsing to checkout for a seamless customer experience. - Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to align eCommerce activities with broader online marketing campaigns. - Manage promotions, online sales campaigns, and track performance metrics. - Analyze eCommerce data, prepare reports on sales performance and marketing effectiveness, and utilize data for informed decisions on inventory management, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in eCommerce, retail, telecom, or digital marketing environments. - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python/R, and dashboarding platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. - Key competencies in shaping strategy, driving change, networking, and influencing collaboratively for organizational success.,
