This role involves managing and optimizing our eCommerce platform to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure seamless operation of online transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Upload, manage, and update product listings on our eCommerce platform.
- Ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Track and report on eCommerce sales and performance metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Able to prepare an images of product through Canva or Photo room.
- Strong skill for research market and research products for the platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
