**About Us**
Kalakriti is a ceramic serveware brand with 30+ years of experience. We are launching our online store and are looking for someone to manage website operations, customer support, and basic marketing tasks.

**Role Overview**
This role involves running our Shopify website, handling product listings and orders, assisting customers, and supporting online advertising efforts.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory updates on the Shopify website.
- Handle basic changes to the site layout and design.
- Respond to customer messages and coordinate with delivery partners.
- Support running ad campaigns on Facebook and Google.
- Track website and ad performance using basic reports.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience using Shopify and working with websites.
- Ability to make small changes to website design (HTML/CSS basics).
- Comfortable handling customer support.
- Familiar with online ads and tracking tools.
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
