Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Team Leader - Fintech. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring high performance, and meeting targets. This includes monitoring team activities, providing guidance and support, addressing issues promptly, and implementing strategies to enhance workflow and efficiency. The Team Leader will also collaborate with other departments to ensure that services align with company objectives and customer satisfaction.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role in the financial sector is a plus
