We are looking for a Admin cum Commercial Executive who has a minimum 2-3 years of experience (Preferably of the Marine industry).A proven and successful track record in (Commercials) Sales, Purchases, with a negotiation scope.

Location of posting – Andheri WEST ,Mumbai

Job Time:- 10:00 AM TO 7 PM

Typing Speed :- 30wpm

Few responsibilities given below :

(i) Generating inquiries, Preparing quotations -Invoice - Purchase Order, and follow-ups leading to confirmation of orders

(ii) Creating continuous awareness of our products to prospective clients.

(iii) custom clearance matters, dealing with shipping,clearing forwarding companies/transporters and banks which involve negotiating import-export documents, paying custom duty .

(iv) compiling information and preparing reports on new market projects, new purchase orders placed

(v) Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

(vi) Ability to successfully work with outside vendors and agencies.

(vii) Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).

(viii) Should be able to handle Shipments & Courier them to the Customer by preparing all Documents E way Bill Etc

Additional Qualifications: Computer literate with thorough knowledge of working on Windows , Excel, Adobe, Word.

Salary: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
