We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at a leading training institute in software, design, and animation education. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns and driving measurable marketing results in the academic or education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Track campaign performance, manage budgets, and ensure optimal lead quality and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven, conversion-focused strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative and academic teams to design engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports and share insights for campaign improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics tools.
  • Proven track record in achieving lead generation and ROI targets.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and campaign management skills.
