Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Area Project Manager_Civil will oversee and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include project planning and scheduling, budgeting, supervising construction activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will ensure effective communication and problem-solving throughout the project's lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 8+ yrs of experience in Project Management in residential construction.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure management
- Experience in Construction Management and Project Management
- Skills in Budgeting and financial oversight of projects
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Relevant certifications in project management are a plus
