Job Description: Assistant HR

Position: Assistant HR

Location: Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Role Overview

The Assistant HR will support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role requires an organized and proactive individual passionate about talent acquisition and employee engagement. The Assistant HR will collaborate closely with the HR team and department heads to meet staffing needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

  • Draft and post job advertisements on job boards, company portals, and social media.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Management

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
  • Track candidate interactions and feedback.
  • Build pipelines for future hiring needs.

Onboarding Assistance

  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
  • Provide recruitment reports and updates to stakeholders.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment laws.
  • Maintain HR files and documentation.

Employer Branding Support

  • Assist in recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
