Job Description

  • Demonstrate strong expertise in product design, with a deep understanding of material science—particularly ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
  • Evaluate how different metal properties impact product performance, manufacturability, and lifecycle durability.
  • Lead the design and development of innovative tooling solutions tailored for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation covering design iterations, material selection rationale, and testing protocols.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and R&D teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by integrating feedback from shop floor and client requirements into future designs.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and global trends in tooling and pharma-grade materials to enhance product competitiveness.
  • Mentor junior design engineers and contribute to building a knowledge-driven design culture within the organization.
