Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide functional expertise on SAP CRM solutions to clients, ensuring successful implementation and maintenance of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy CRM solutions using various modules such as Sales, Marketing, Service, and Customer Service.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify client requirements and translate them into technical specifications for CRM implementations.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and provide post-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM technology to continuously improve knowledge sharing within the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-9 years of experience in SAP CRM consulting or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of Solution Marketing principles and ability to apply them effectively during project execution.
  • Excellent analytical skills for conducting business analysis and developing accurate solution designs.
  • Proficiency in at least one other module (e.g., ERP) is an added advantage.
