Job Description
Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze functional specifications and create detailed test plans, test cases, and test data for SAP CRM applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing of SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).
  • Validate end-to-end processes such as opportunity management, lead management, service requests, pricing, and partner functions.
  • Conduct testing for SAP CRM WebUI, Middleware, and integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP BW, and third-party systems.
  • Execute data validation across CRM and backend ERP systems.
  • Manage defects using tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or Solution Manager, and coordinate with functional/technical teams for resolution.
  • Ensure quality documentation and provide sign-off for production releases.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to align on requirements and testing outcomes.

Required Skills

  • 5 to 6 years of experience in SAP CRM Testing with focus on Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP CRM WebUI, Middleware, and integration scenarios.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA integration testing.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries for backend database validation.
  • Experience with manual and automation testing (Selenium/UFT exposure preferred).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and defect management skills.
