We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inbound Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

In this role, you will support and execute inbound marketing campaigns across multiple channels, contribute to SEO and content optimization, and provide performance insights that drive growth.

You'll collaborate with senior team members while taking ownership of day-to-day execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising, and SEO.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, CPL, engagement rates).
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search visibility.
  • Support and manage content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Assist in developing digital marketing strategies and campaign plans under senior guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, performance) to ensure timely and effective execution.

Role Overview

  • Support and implement inbound marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Take ownership of monitoring, reporting, and optimization for assigned campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior team members based on data analysis.
  • Contribute to strategic planning while ensuring execution excellence.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Campaign success metrics (CTR, conversion rates, CPL, ROI).
  • Social media engagement (reach, interactions, follower growth).
  • Website performance (sessions, organic traffic growth, bounce rates, rankings).
  • Timely completion and quality of assigned tasks and projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound or digital marketing.
  • Good understanding of SEO, paid ads, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret campaign data using spreadsheets etc.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • A proactive learner who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AI LLMS (e.g., ChatGPT etc.) for content, SEO, or marketing optimization.
  • Working knowledge of AI automation platforms like n8n or Make to streamline workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor edits in landing pages or email templates.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creative adaptations.
