Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admin role based in Mumbai. The Admin will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations. Key responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, maintaining records, handling communications, managing executive-level administrative tasks, and completing clerical duties as required. The Admin will support team members and leadership to facilitate operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills and record management
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is a plus
