Program Manager, NA AVS, Retail Business Services

The Program Manager role will transform manual processes into standardized and automated product solutions; driving efficiency and scalability for the AVS Program. They will own core program mechanisms to collect and analyze vendor feedback. They will work closely with the NA account management teams, central RBS program and operations teams, global AVS and Retail teams to improve vendor experience and growth while at the same improving the efficiency of account management teams.
The candidate is able to dive deep into data and process, with clear communication skills, and the ability to build productive working relationships with stakeholders across teams. They are highly autonomous and have a proven track record taking end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will have project management skills with the ability to conduct in-depth analyses, think big and identify game-changing opportunities. In addition, you will be expected to deliver solutions and programs that are technology based, highly scalable, secure, and flexible - all while maintaining customer and business partner focus. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify, define, and specify solutions meeting our vendors' and account management team needs.
The individual would have targets on process standardization, automation and business metrics. Would engage with the business and support/service teams and build customer confidence through quality delivery, robust processes and sound reporting metrics.
About the team
The AVS Account Management team at RBS is responsible for delivering and improving the value of the AVS offering for vendors. We work backwards from Amazon's vendors, using robust mechanisms to collect vendor feedback and find ways to improve the AVS value proposition. We build and manage best practices for our teams, ensuring each vendor is receiving consistent, industry leading service. In addition to innovating on behalf of enrolled vendors, we also work to improve program efficiency – partnering across teams to streamline processes and deliver automation, allowing us to provide a higher level of service with less manual effort.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
