  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for healthcare services, patient engagement, and brand growth.
  • Oversee campaigns across multiple digital channels, including:
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Email marketing and CRM automation
  • Website content and user experience (UX) optimization
  • Online reputation management and review platforms
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and medical teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and compelling messaging.
  • Plan and manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display Ads) to generate qualified leads and appointments.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Identify patient journey touchpoints and optimize conversion funnels for improved lead-to-patient conversion rates.
  • Manage and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to healthcare advertising guidelines, patient data privacy (e.g., HIPAA compliance), and ethical standards.
  • Stay up to date with the latest healthcare marketing trends, digital tools, and algorithm updates. Role & responsibilities
