Role Overview

As a Growth Associate, you'll be the voice of Tripko — handling sales, client relations, and lead conversions. You'll help travellers find the right trip, build trust with customers, and contribute directly to Tripko's growth journey.

Key Responsibilities


• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls & inquiries.


• Convert leads into confirmed bookings.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with travellers and clients.


• Assist in planning and promoting Tripko's travel packages.


• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns.


• Collect feedback from travellers and help improve customer experience.


• Track daily sales targets and report performance.

What We're Looking For


• Strong communication & negotiation skills (Malayalam + English).


• Energetic, people-friendly, and confident personality.


• Passion for travel and connecting with people.


• Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented mindset.


• Previous experience in sales or marketing (preferred, not mandatory).
