Position: Accounts Executive (Site Accountant)

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Experience: 25 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Industry: Solar / EPC / Construction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage material, vendor, and variable expense accounting at site level.
  • Collect and verify vendor/material/variable expense invoices.
  • Check GST calculations, rates, quantities, and billing/shipping details.
  • Ensure availability of supporting documents E-Waybill, Vehicle Bilty, Packing List, Weight Slip, etc.
  • Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for received materials.
  • Verify vendor compliance with ESI, PF, and Mediclaim for site workers.
  • Coordinate with the Site Incharge for verification of transactions and approvals.
  • Maintain and file one complete set of invoices with supporting documents at site office.
  • Send original documents to Head Office for payment processing.
  • Ensure control and monitoring of variable expenses and accurate site-level reporting.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and vendor billing.
  • Prior experience in site accounting within EPC, solar, or construction projects preferred.
  • Good coordination and documentation skills.
