Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Raipur. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include overseeing project progress, strategizing account plans, negotiating contracts, addressing any client concerns, and collaborating with the internal team to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management and client relationship management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using account management software and tools
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in the infrastructure engineering sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
