Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective students.
  • Counsel students on course offerings, program structures, and career outcomes.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into admissions.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth admission processes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales (EdTech experience preferred).
  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
