Key responsibility -

  • Handle incoming leads and inquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins.
  • Provide detailed information about our courses, fees, and admission process to prospective students.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain communication until enrollment.
  • Convince and coordinate with counsellors or education consultants to provide student referrals for our institute.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners and generate consistent student inflow.
  • Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs accordingly.
  • Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to overall center growth.
  • Maintain admission records and update the CRM database regularly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for promotional activities and events.

Key requirements -

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in education sales, student counselling, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
