Job Summary

Guru360 Training Academy is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven
Admission Counsellors
to guide students in choosing the right Digital Marketing certification courses and convert enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries.
  • Counsel students on Guru360's Digital Marketing courses, fees, batches, and career outcomes.
  • Understand student goals and recommend suitable programs.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions and achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM/Excel regarding enquiries and admissions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead quality and campaign insights.
  • Participate in counselling sessions, seminars, and events when required.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
  • 0–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or sales (freshers welcome).
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Comfortable working with targets and incentive-based structure.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM).

  • Experience in education or EdTech sales
  • Good convincing and objection-handling skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Team player with a student-first approach
