We're looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Technical SEO Specialist to join our digital team. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our website is technically optimized for search engine crawling, indexing, and performance. You'll work closely with developers, content creators, and product managers to identify and resolve SEO issues, improve site performance, and support organic growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify crawl errors, broken links, redirect issues, duplicate content, and indexing problems.
  • Optimize site structure, URL architecture, internal linking, and page speed.
  • Manage and maintain , XML sitemaps, canonical tags, meta directives, and structured data.
  • Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and mobile-friendliness using PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, and Search Console.
  • Collaborate with developers on SEO implementation, including schema markup, lazy loading, and JavaScript rendering issues.
  • Set up and monitor technical SEO KPIs using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or similar.
  • Analyze crawl data and server logs to improve crawl efficiency and page discoverability.
  • Support site migrations, redesigns, or international SEO implementations (hreflang, regional targeting).
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools: Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, PageSpeed Insights, etc.
  • Working understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO troubleshooting.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, headless CMS).
  • Familiarity with site speed optimization, mobile-first indexing, structured data, and crawl budget.
