Job Description

We are hiring CA Freshers who are passionate about accounting, taxation, and finance—and are interested in launching a career in ERP Consulting. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and work with global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financial Modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax.
  • Work on financial process mapping, configuration, and testing of ERP modules.
  • Support Chart of Accounts setup, journal entries, financial periods, and subledger accounting.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax configuration and compliance within Oracle ERP.
  • Perform data validation, account reconciliation, and financial reporting within the system.
  • Assist during internal/external audits by providing system data and reports.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams for process documentation, testing, and training.
  • Create functional design documents, SOPs, and user manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • CA (Chartered Accountant) – Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Financial Accounting & Reporting (Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet)
  • Direct & Indirect Tax (including GST, TDS)
  • Audit Procedures and Compliance
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Tally) preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
