Job Opening: Telesales Executive (Personal Loan) (Day Shift)

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Department: Personal Loan – Domestic Process

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST (Day Shift)

About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Domestic Call Center team in Thane. As a Telsales Executive (Personal Loan) , you will reach out to prospective customers, explain loan offerings, and guide them through the application process while achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal loan products.
  • Clearly explain product features, eligibility, and benefits.
  • Handle customer queries with professionalism and provide accurate information.
  • Guide customers through the loan application process.
  • Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and update CRM tools.
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets for lead generation and conversions.
  • Desired Candidate ProfileStrong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or financial services (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
  • Positive attitude, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Freshers are welcome.
