Job Summary :The Delivery Manager will lead the successful delivery of projects and services for our clients, ensuring that deliverables are met on time, within scope, and according to the required quality standards.

You will work closely with the off-shore teams, onsite teams, and clients to ensure smooth execution and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Please note this is a hybrid role with 2 weeks working from the office. Job Qualifications : Education :

  • Bachelors in Engineering, IT or similar technical field.
  • Master's in Management from a premium institute is desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess strong leadership skills.

Skills :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project delivery, program management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and delivering solutions to clients.
  • Experience in project delivery, client communication and schedule management of ERP or SaaS applications projects (preferably in Oracle Cloud/Oracle Fusion (preferable) or Oracle EBS or Oracle PeopleSoft).

:

  • Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams to ensure the project stays on track.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite team regarding project updates, risks, and deliverables.
  • Manage and resolve client concerns, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Ensure that any risks to project timelines, costs, or quality are communicated promptly and effectively.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate off-shore teams to ensure effective collaboration and high performance.
  • Ensure that team members have the necessary resources and support to meet project objectives.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to the team.
  • Ensure proper testing, review, and sign-off of deliverables before they are handed over to clients.
  • Maintain high standards of delivery excellence and best practices.
  • Review team performance and outcomes, identifying opportunities and improvements.
  • Share lessons learned with teams to drive efficiencies in future projects.
